Irma has weakened into a Post-Tropical Cyclone and is moving across southern Georgia and eastern Alabama today. Assessment of damages and recovery efforts have started in Florida but supply chain operations continue to be hindered. Logistics operations across Southern states are expected to continue to be impacted with delays possible as the storm moves inland.

PORTS
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has announced various port openings in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Port of Miami - Port is open, however, marine traffic will be restricted until this afternoon. Truck and gate operations have been cleared at Seaboard Marine container terminal. Truck and gate operations will be closed today at POMTOC and SFCT container terminals.
Port Everglades - USCG is completing surveys so ships can begin re-entering the port later this morning.
JAXPORT - All JAXPORT Offices and terminals remain closed today as USCG assesses the condition of the harbor and port facilities.
Ports of Savannah & Brunswick - Georgia Port Authority's critical workforce will be returning this morning to prepare the terminal for cargo operations. Reopening of port and river channel are not yet confirmed. Truck gates are expected to resume operations Wednesday morning.
Port of Charleston - Open. Gates and container marshalling yards opened this morning and are fully operational for the receipt and delivery of loads, empties and refrigerated cargo.

Miami International Airport - Open with limited operations
Tampa International Airport - Limited flights resume today with build-up to full schedule in the coming days.
Atlanta (Hartsfield-Jackson) International Airport - Open with limited flight operations resuming.
Charleston International Airport - Limited flights resuming.
